राम लक्ष्मण सीताश्च रावणश्च विभीषण: ।
एतै: क्वाथो ज्वरं हन्ति भेदि: दीपन पाचन : ।।

राम - हरीतकी
लक्ष्मण - अमृत / गुडूची
सीता - पिप्पली
रावण - शुण्ठी
विभीषण - त्रिवृत
The kashaya made out of above said drugs is capable of curing the fever associated with constipation and also considered to be a booster to digestive fire.
രാമലക്ഷമണ സീതാശ്ച രാവണശ്ച വീഭീഷണ:
ഏതൈ: ക്വാഥോ ജ്വരം ഹന്തി ഭേദിർ ദീപന പാചന :
കടുക്ക ,ചിറ്റമൃത് ,തിപ്പലി ,ചുക്ക് , ത്രിവൃത് ഇവ കൊണ്ടുള്ള കഷായം ജ്വരത്തെ ശമിപ്പിക്കയും , മലബന്ധം കുറക്കുകയും , അഗ്നി വർദ്ധകവും ആകുന്നു

राम - श्वेता कंटकारी as said by raaja nighantu
लक्ष्मण - the one who made seetha to stand inside a chakra (vrutha) , and also chakralakshanika is the synonym for guduchi .
सीता - क्षेत्रम शोधयता लब्धा नाम्ना सीता इति विश्रुता (तट्टिकाधृत पद्म पुराणं) - seetha found during ploughing the field , may be indicating the power of pippali to plough / penetrate to deeper cells
रावण - रावयिति भीषयीति सर्वानिति (शब्द रत्नावली) - one which is able to increase , aggravates - here also may be indicating the power of ginger in boosting the digestion
विभीषण - भयजनक ,(भाष्य) may be indicating the fear during diarrhoea ??
But it is said as नल तृण in राजा निघण्टु .
