पञ्च कोलैः स सिन्धूत्थैः पलिकैः पयसा समम् |
सर्पिः प्रस्थं शृतं प्लीह विषम ज्वर गुल्मनूत ||
Ingredients: पिप्पलि, पिप्पलिमूल, चव्य,चित्रक, नागर one पल each as kalka,
क्षीरम् as drava dravyam one प्रस्थम.
One pala Saindhava is added as patra paka
Sneha paka is done as per the classical method
Indications:- पलीहरोग,विषमज्वर,गुल्म.

Note:- in the preparation of क्षीरषड्पल घृत practice of adding eithet saindhava during the paka ,or addition of saindhava as a patra paka also seen. There is another reference where in सर्ज(स्वर्जिका) क्षार is used in the place of सैंधव.
