पारन्ती मुकुलादि कषायं (pArantI mukulAdi kashAyam )

पारन्तीमुकुलअघोर निर्गुण्डी वसुक इक्षुरै:।
मूर्वा वृश्चीव शम्याक कटुका देवदारुभि:।।
वैरीमूलत्वक् अम्भोद विशालाभि शृतं जलम् ।
सीत मधु घृतोपेतं तस्याहु: परमौषधम् ।।

पारन्ती मुकुल - bud of Ixora coccinea
अघोर - ??
निर्गुण्डी - Vitex nigundo
वसुक - Spermacoce hispida
इक्षुरै: - Astercantha longifolia
मूर्वा - Marsdenia tenacissima
वृश्चीव - Boerrhavia diffusa
शम्याक - Cassia fistula
कटुका - Picorrhiza curroa
देवदारुभि: - Cedrus deodara
वैरीमूलत्वक् - Salacia Reticulata
अम्भोद -Cyperus rotundus
विशाला - Cucumis melo

Are the ingredients to be powdered and made into a watery decoction tbe used as a drink . Here the blend of these medical plants said to be the utmost beneficial medicine for the said disease. It has to be taken along either honey, ghee , or sugar candy as an adjuent.

കഷായ ദ്രവ്യങ്ങൾ കഷായം വെച്ച്  പഞ്ചസാര, തേൻ , നെയ്യ് ഇവ ഏതെങ്കിലും ഒന്ന് മേമ്പൊടി ചേർത്ത് കഴിക്കുന്നത് പൊടിവാർപ്പന് അഗ്ര്യ ഔഷധം ആണത്രേ.
