Shrungaka klishta chikitsa

जपानलदादि कषायं (japAnaladAdi kashAyam )

जपा नलद निर्गुण्डी पटोल विरला घनै : ।
बला त्रितया वृश्चीव विशाला सारिवा द्वयै :।।
अमृत दारु कारण्ड शम्याका अरिष्ट वल्कलै : ।
भूनिम्ब विजयाभ्यांच क्वाथस्तं मधुयुग जयेतव्।।

The following drugs to be made into  decoction is the ideal medicine for shrungaka klishta

Japa - root bark of Hibiscus rosa sinensis
Nalada - Vetiveria zizanoides
Nirgundi - Vitex nigundo
Patola - Trichosanthes dioica
Virala - Bridelia stipularis
Ghana - Cyperus rotundus
Bala tritaya - 3 varieties of bala
(Sida linifolia , sida rhombifolia , abutilon indicum)
Vrushcheeva - Boerrhavia diffusa
Vishala - Citrullus colocynthis
Sariva dwaya - Hemedesmus indicus , Cryptolepis Buchanana
Amruta - Tinospora cordifolia
Daru - Cedrus deodara
Koranda - Swertia chirata
Shamyaka - Cassia fistula
Arishta - Azadirachta indica
Bhunimba - Solanum indicum
Vijaya - Terminalia chebula
