Lesions resembles the shape of feet of pied cuckoo , red in colour , assoiated with joint pain , fever , breathlessness or short  breath called as chataka klishta.

पालेत्क्लिष्टे तु रक्तस्य नोदनादन्तरेव तु ।
अस्फुटाविन्द वस्त्राम्राज्ज्वर पर्व शिरो रुज ।।
अक्षणार्बाष्पस्रवश्चात्र रक्त मण्डल दर्शनम ।
मांस शोषश्च कण्डूतिरखिलांगेषु  सर्वदा ।।

Rakta mandala are not in clear state due to the push to rakta to inner side (Due to vata ) . Still there will be leasions which are not clear. Pain in the joints , fever , head ache , mamsa shosha (dystrophy of muscular tissue ?? ), Itching all over the body.

മാംസവാർപ്പനിൽ രക്തത്തിന് അകത്തേക്ക് തള്ളൽ വരികയാൽ രക്ത മണ്ഢലങ്ങൾ സപഷ്ടമാവുകയില്ല. എങ്കിലും നിഴൽ പോലെ കാണാം . പനി , സന്ധികളിൽ വേദന , തലവേദന , മാംസ ക്ഷയം , സർവാംഗം ചൊറി , ഇവ ലക്ഷണങ്ങൾ ആകുന്നു . ഇതിനെ ചിലർ ചൊറി വാർപ്പൻ എന്നും പറയും എന്നല്ലാതെ ചൊറിവാർപ്പൻ വേറെ അല്ല.

गण्ड उदर ऊरु पृष्ठ अंस जंघ चरण संधिषु ।।

Red coloured, dry Lesions with resemblence to the popped rice will be presented in neck, stomach region , thigh , back , shoulder (Scapula region ) , hip joint,  tarsal joints , associated with fever , head ache , nausea , vomiting , tastelessness. त्वक्भेद दाह वैवर्ण्य ज्वर अतिसरणान्वितम् ।
शोफं सर्वांगसंभूतं आर्द्रकं परिचक्षते ।।

Lesions in the size of grain of rice , red in colour , easily errupts , which allows a red colour fluid flowing out continuously.Thus called as Ardra klishta. It is also associated with cracking of the skin , burning sensation , discoloration ,fever , diarrhoea , and oedema all over the body.

rasotklishta  and  mallaka  looks  similiar  at  once . but  the swelling  in  mallaka  klishta will  be spreaded  over  whole  body  and  it  will  be hard while pressing ,mean while  rasotklishta  will  be  having   pitting  edema . Thus  you  may  differ  both .

Dhanika - Coriandrum sativum

The kashaya prepared out of above drugs to be taken along with sugar candy + ghee / sugar candy + honey + Cumin seeds + Indian gooseberry juice / or them alone.It is said as a treatment for dardUra klishta.

दर्दूर क्लिष्ट (dardUra klishta)

अव्यक्त मंडलोपेत प्राय: पूर्वोक्त लक्षण : ।
तिक्तास्यत्वं परि स्रस्त नेत्रता अरोचकान्विता ।।
मुहु:  स्वेदोदकं मुञन् मण्डूक इव दुर्ज्जलम्  ।
शोफो अवगाढ़ सर्वत्र दर्दूर प्राक् उदाहृता ।।

Along with the symptoms of sikata klishta , bitterness in the mouth , disturbances in the vision , aversion towards the food , deep seated swelling , continuous fowl slimy sweat resembles of a frog , called as dardUra klishta.

बला गोपात्मजादि कषायं

बला गोपात्मजा अभीरुकन्द तोयद गोक्षुरै :।
वृश्चिव पद्म किंचल्क गुडूची धन्वयाषकै :।।
कटुक आमलाकाभ्यां च विहित सर्षिपान्वित :।
सितया वा सितजाभ्यां यद्वा क्वाथो अत्र शस्यते ।।

Bala -sida rhombifolia
Gopatmaja - Hemidesmus indicus
Abheeru kanda (Shathavari) - Asparagus racemosus
Toyada (Musta ) - Cyperus rotundus
Gokshura - Tribulus terrestris
Vrishcheeva (Punarnava ) - Boerrhavia diffusa
Padma - Nelumbo nucifera
Guduchi - Tinospora cordifolia
Dhanvayasha - Tragia involucrata
Katuka - Pichoriza curroa
Amalaki - Phyllanthus emblica

To be taken and prepare kashaya out of it .It is believed to be a remedy for sikata klishta

Anupana : Sugar candy , ghee or both together.

sikatA klishta (सिकता क्लिष्ट )

मण्डलै सिकता आकारा ताम्रै: विस्पष्टता अंगै: ।
परीत : पीत रुक नख मूत्र शकृत सु च ।।
पीतत्वं आवहांदाह ज्वर तृष्ण भ्रमान्वित :।
यत् शोफो दृश्यते ज्ञेय सैकता : स पुरोदिता ।।

Lesions resembles SAND  particles , coppery colour , which will be well manifested in nature.

Yellowish colour in nails,faeces,urine, icterus will be associated.

Fever,giddiness, hoy flashes , thirst , and swelling which will be of yellowish in colour are also present.

മണൽ തരി പ്രമാണത്തിൽ താമ്ര വർണ്ണങ്ങൾ ആയ ബിന്ദുക്കളോട് കൂടിയതും; കണ്ണുകൾ , നഖം, മലം, മൂത്രം, ഇവയിൽ മഞ്ഞ നിറവും, ശരീരത്തിൽ  മഞ്ഞ നിറത്തിലുള്ള നീരും ഉണ്ടാകും.

പനി, ചുട്ടു നീറൽ , ദാഹം, തല തിരിചിൽ എന്നിവ ചേർന്നും കാണാം. എന്നാൽ ഇതിനെ മണൽ വാർപ്പൻ എന്ന മനസ്സിലാക്കുക.

तत्र स्यात् स्थाली पृष्ठाभ : कुक्षेस्तं शमनं नयेत् ।
ककुदोपम कुक्षेस्तु परित्यागो हि भेषजम् ।।

sAdhya - If the stomach region resembles a plate (flat).

asAdhya - if the stomach region resembles a shield ,with belly button protruded outwards.

ഈരടി വാർപ്പൻ ഉള്ള കുട്ടികളുടെ വയർ തളിക പോലെ പരന്ന് ഇരുന്നാൽ സാധ്യം എന്നും, പരിച പോലെ പൊക്കിൾ പുറത്തേക്ക് ഉന്തി നിന്നാൽ അസാധ്യം എന്നും കരുതുക.

उभय क्लिष्ट (Ubhaya klishta )

उभयो लिंग संसर्गात् द्वन्द्वात्क्लिष्टम निरूपयेत् ।
उदरे सुतरां शोफो मलबन्धश्च दारुण ।।

The symptoms of rasOtklishtam and mAmsOtklishta are found in a single person , the disease is thus known as dwandwa klishtam .

Increased Swelling in the region of stomach , constipation will be present.

നീർ വാർപ്പന്റെയും മാംസവാർപ്പന്റെയും ലക്ഷണങ്ങൾ ഒരാളിൽ കണ്ടാൽ , ഈരടി വാർപ്പൻ എന്ന് അറിയപ്പെടുന്നു. വയറ്റിൽ അത്യധികമായ നീരും, മലബന്ധവും ചേർന്ന് കാണപ്പെടും.

साध्यासाध्यता of मांसोत्क्लिष्ट (sAdhyAsAdhyatA of mAmsOtklishta  )

असाध्यो वत्सरात पूर्वं याप्यास्माद्वत्सर त्रयात ।
साध्य : परं सविज्ञेय श्रीघाती सपक्षतव्: ।।

asAdhya  - in bAla below one year of age

sAdhya - after 3 years of age

maraNa - if disease manifested with in 15 days of birth .

If the disease afflicted the  baby In the age period between 1 year and 3 years  ,it fluctuates the symptoms by reducing and increasing it.

ഒരു വയസ്സ് തികയാത്ത  ബാലൻ രോഗമുണ്ടായാൽ ശമിക്കില്ല.

ഒരു വയസ്സിന് ശേഷം , മൂന്ന് വയസ്സ് വരെ രോഗമുണ്ടായാൽ കൂടിയും കുറഞ്ഞും ഇരിക്കും.

മൂന്ന് വയസ്സ് തികഞ്ഞതിന് ശേഷം രോഗം സാധ്യമാകുന്നു.

ജനിച്ചു 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം രോഗം വന്നാൽ മരണം (ശ്രീ ഘാതം )നിശ്ചയം

शारीबेन्द्रयावादि कषायं

शारीबा इंद्रयवा अनन्ता हिमद्वयै :।
दार्वी गोक्षुरक एरण्ड वैरी मूलश्च साधितम् ।।
पायायेत स सिता क्षौद्रं निर्युहं स नियच्छति ।
सप्त रात्र प्रयोगेण पालोत्क्लिष्ट न्न संशय : ।।

Sariba - Hemedesmus indicus
Indrayava - seeds of Holarrhena antidyssenterica
Ananta (Dusparsha ) - Tragia involucrata
Hima dwaya (Chandana dwaya )  - Santalum album and Pterocarpus santalinus
Darvi - Berberis aristata
Gokshura - Tribulus terrestris
Eranda - Ricinus communis
Vairi (Ekanayaka) - Salacia reticulata

Water decoction of above drugs along with sugar candy and honey as adjuent for 7 days continuously will be effective for mAmsOtklishta.

मांसोत्क्लिष्ट (mAmsOtklishta )

पालेत्क्लिष्टे तु रक्तस्य नोदनादन्तरेव तु ।
अस्फुटाविन्द वस्त्राम्राज्ज्वर पर्व शिरो रुज ।।
अक्षणार्बाष्पस्रवश्चात्र रक्त मण्डल दर्शनम ।
मांस शोषश्च कण्डूतिरखिलांगेषु  सर्वदा ।।

Rakta mandala are not in clear state due to the push to rakta to inner side (Due to vata ) . Still there will be leasions which are not clear. Pain in the joints , fever , head ache , mamsa shosha (dystrophy of muscular tissue ?? ), Itching all over the body.

മാംസവാർപ്പനിൽ രക്തത്തിന് അകത്തേക്ക് തള്ളൽ വരികയാൽ രക്ത മണ്ഢലങ്ങൾ സപഷ്ടമാവുകയില്ല. എങ്കിലും നിഴൽ പോലെ കാണാം . പനി , സന്ധികളിൽ വേദന , തലവേദന , മാംസ ക്ഷയം , സർവാംഗം ചൊറി , ഇവ ലക്ഷണങ്ങൾ ആകുന്നു . ഇതിനെ ചിലർ ചൊറി വാർപ്പൻ എന്നും പറയും എന്നല്ലാതെ ചൊറിവാർപ്പൻ വേറെ അല്ല.

रसोत्क्लिष्ट चिकित्स  (rasotklishTa chikitsa )

वैरिमूल त्वच : पिष्ट्वा ताक्रेण परिलेपनम् ।
रसोत्क्लिष्टम निहन्ति आशु घर्मजालमिवानील: ।।

An anointment of mixture of ekanayaka ( Salacia chinensis ) and butter milk to be applied over the lesions to cure rasOtklishta.It cures the difficulty just like the wind reduces the heat.

ഏകാനായകത്തിന്റെ വേരിന്മേൽ തൊലി മോരിൽ അരച്ചു തേച്ചാൽ രസോത്ക്ലിഷ്ടം ശമിക്കും. ഉഷ്ണത്തിന് കാറ്റ്‌ എന്നപോലെ ഇത് രസോത്ക്ലിഷ്ടത്തിന് അത്യുത്തമം ആകുന്നു.

रसोतक्लिष्टम (rasOtklishtam)

रक्ताशायगतो वायु कुपितो रक्तमाक्षिपन्  ।
नीत्वा रसाशयं तत्र भिन्दन संचार्य तदबलात् ।।
मंडलै: मरीचाकारै संयुक्तं शौफमावहेत ।
रसोतक्लिष्टम तु तं विद्यात् यस्मात उत्क्लिश्यते रस ।
असृजा स्वाशयार्म: च शोफोSस्मिन अव्यवस्थित :।
क्षय वृद्धयोरमुहुर्योगदवनामक्षमोपि च ।।

A type of रक्तानावस्था , aggrevated vata vitiates raktashaya and takes to rasa ashaya. Produces a disease called rasOtklishtam.

As the rakta dosha gets relocated rasa ashaya and produced discomfort to rasa resulting in disease . Thus the name given as rasOtklishtam.

Signs & Symptom :-
A swelling in the shape of black pepper , gets elavated or reduced alternatively often and also it will be of pitting in nature when pressed with finger.

the milk that extracted from coconut, is good for, altered consciousness, vata rakta, helps in production of sperm,reduces kapha and vata. good for diseases like gulma, pain, cough, breathing problems.excessive salivation  tastelessness,swelling, its heavy for digestion an creates vidaha, increases pita, gives bala, cures raktaathisara and is good in suryavarta,shiro roga, mutra kŗchra, but not good for kushta, mehi, wounded,shvitra..
